"Golden Arch"
This pencil drawing was a fun art piece. I received an order for the drawing from a wonderful family in Texas.
Many orders come in for customers who would like their beloved animals reproduced in a piece of art. Many of them that are submitted are for their deceased friends, which sometimes makes for a difficult drawing to produce. It means the world to me that so many have come to me for these special orders, some for repeat business. Although I cannot please everyone, as drawings do sometimes overlook what it is that the customer sees, it provides a challenge that I welcome.
I am still providing these drawings and believe you will find my prices very reasonable. I like to hear the stories about these subjects before I get going, it helps me to find that special look that is so necessary to capture. Some photos do not provide the best poses for them and I'm glad to make up the difference.
Texas Longhorns have been an especially frequent request, and I'm a bit partial to them myself.
Golden Arch was alive and well when this piece was ordered. Pretty fella, isn't he?!
